SRS is committed to protecting your privacy. This SRS Privacy Statement applies
to data collection and usage on SRS sites and services; it does not apply to
other online or offlineSRS sites, products or services. Please read the SRS

SRS is a professional subscription web site intended for authorized members..

Collection of your Site Information
SRS collects Site information, such as your e-mail address, name, site address
and telephone number, and ZIP code. Information collected by SRS may be combined
with information obtained from other SRS services.
If you choose to sign up for a paid subscription service (such as e-Synesis), we
will collect additional Site information, including your Purchase Order Number
or credit card number and billing address, in order to create an SRS billing
account. All of the registration information you provide will be stored by SRS.
SRS does not collect information about your computer hardware or software.
Certain SRS services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another
company. If you register for or use such services, both SRS and the other
company may receive information collected in conjunction with the co-branded
services.
Use of your Site Information
SRS DOES NOT COLLECT OR VIEW YOUR STUDY DATA. YOUR SITE STUDY DATA IS ENCRYPTED
USING THE STRONGEST SSL AND PGP ENCRYPTION AVAILABLE AND IS SECURE AND NEITHER
SRS OR IT'S EMPLOYEES CAN ACCESS THIS DATA. YOUR STUDY DATA IS NOT STORED ON THE
SRS OR E-SYNESIS WEB SITES, BUT IS STORED ON DATABASE SERVERS BEHIND A SECURE
FIREWALL IN A HARDENED, SECURE DATA CENTER. YOUR STUDY DATA CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED
BY YOU, OR SOMEONE YOU DESIGNATED TO ACCESS IT USING THE E-SYNESIS USER
MANAGEMENT FEATURE. SRS EMPLOYEES CANNOT EVEN ACCESS YOUR PASSWORD.
SRS does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. SRS WILL
NOT contact you on behalf of external business partners or other third parties.
Your Site information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is never shared
with any entity outside of SRS.
SRS may access and/or disclose your Site information if required to do so by law
or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the
edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on SRS or e-Synesis; (b)
protect and defend the rights or property of SRS; or (c) act under exigent
circumstances to protect the Site safety of users of SRS services or members of
the public.
Site information collected on this site may be stored and processed in the
United States or any other country in which SRS or its affiliates, subsidiaries
or agents maintain facilities, and by using this site, you consent to any such
transfer of information outside of your country. SRS abides by the safe harbor
framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the
collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union.
Control of your Site Information
SRS offers its customers choices for the collection, use and sharing of Site
information. You may go to the SRS User Management page to proactively make
choices about the use and sharing of your Site information.
There are some SRS services, including SRS technical support, that send out
periodic e-mails informing you of technical service issues, software upgrades,
new feature announcements and news about SRS products and services. You will not
be able to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered a part of the
service you have chosen.
You have the ability to view or edit your Site information:
SRS is committed to protecting the security of your Site information. We use a
variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Site
information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store
the Site information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which
are located in hardened, controlled facilities. When we transmit highly

SRS uses a session "cookie" to establish a secure connection. A cookie is an
